On Tuesday this week, five ESB alumni met at one of Melbourne’s newest German venues, the Hophaus, which is centrally located at Southbank close to Federation Square.
The alumni did get to know each other better while drinking beers and enjoying giant German pretzels. Thank you very much to Holger for sponsoring the pretzels – this is much appreciated! There were lively discussions about the foundation of the ESB Business School and its different study programs and streams. More importantly though, was the idea of meeting up for a Swabian cooking class with Holger’s wife to learn how to prepare really authentic Spätzle. It was great meeting up with all of you and we are already looking forward to the next Stammtisch in a few weeks. Information will follow.
